Hi I'm Natasha
I'm a counsellor and coach based in Adelaide (One Tree Hill), and I work with young people, adults, workplaces, communities and schools to become the best version of themselves!
What does that mean exactly? Well, my passion is helping people understand their strengths and challenges and how to work with these to meet personal goals.
As a team, we'll explore your challenges at your own pace and I'll support and guide you to overcome them by developing solutions in a safe and confidential environment. Our goal is for you to start living the life that's important to you!
I also cherish the privilege of working closely with workplaces, schools and communities to enhance wellbeing, resilience, knowledge and improve collaboration.
