With over 30 years’ experience as a professional counsellor, I work with adults and young people using evidence-based therapies including among others:

I provide counselling face-to-face, by phone or video call. Your first session focuses on understanding your needs and deciding if I’m the right counsellor for you. There’s no obligation to continue if it’s not a good fit.
HOW THE SESSIONS WILL WORK
THE FIRST SESSION
This session is about getting to know each other. We’ll work at your pace to understand what you’re facing. We’ll discuss the type of support you need in a safe and confidential environment.


WORKING TOGETHER
If, after our first session, you feel like we’re a good match, we’ll being outlining goals and milestones, tactics and strategies to get you on the path toward living the life that is important to you.
