The outcome of working together
Those who have worked with me in the past have:
Had changes in relationships, and decided to leave and others decided to improve based on their situation
Shared concerns that his marriage was over and his confidence was depleted. The outcome after several sessions was better communication with his wife and more robust sense of self.
Forged ahead with a new career pathway - when it seemed impossible to say yes
Carried a lot of self-doubt, poor body image, and limited social skills. They embraced their sessions and are now taking a strengths-based approach to how she lives life, where she notices what she is good at, compares with other people less, and is aware of what she can control.

Resolved conflict in their career

Had limited social skills, no drivers license and huge challenges with social anxiety. Following a combination of counselling and coaching he has addressed his fear of driving and has learnt how to manage and own his anxious traits!
