MY COUNSELLING

APPROACH

With over 30 years’ experience as a professional counsellor, I work with adults and young people using evidence-based therapies including among others:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy 

  • Person Centered Therapy

  • EGO Parts Therapy

I provide counselling face-to-face, by phone or video call. Your first session focuses on understanding your needs and deciding if I’m the right counsellor for you. There’s no obligation to continue if it’s not a good fit.

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

You can choose to meet me face-to-face, over the phone, or via a video call.
I’ll reach out to you with a time to meet, based on your preferences.

THE FIRST SESSION

This session is about getting to know each other. We’ll work at your pace to understand what you’re facing. We’ll discuss the type of support you need in a safe and confidential environment.

WORKING TOGETHER

If, after our first session, you feel like we’re a good match, we’ll being outlining goals and milestones, tactics and strategies to get you on the path toward living the life that is important to you.

I arrived at my first session and felt nervous and overwhelmed… within minutes I felt at ease and everytime I walk away now I feel a little lighter as Natasha just seems to help me make sense of my options.
