What do Natasha’s services cost?
Please contact Natasha for the information you need. Rates vary according to which specific service is provided. Please note that many Private Health providers offer rebates for Counselling and Natasha is registered with many of these providers.

What if I come to one session and then do not feel it is right for me?
Reaching out for support is very personal and you certainly don't need to continue after the first session if it doesn't feel like the right fit for you.
Will Natasha provide me with resources and handouts to compliment our conversations?
Most certainly. Natasha understands that it can be difficult to recall what is discussed during a session. It can also be very valuable to do some homework and review strategies discussed during sessions.

Can Natasha support with engaging other people or places to support progress?
Yes. After many years of case management, Natasha recognises the value of an integrated, holistic approach to support. Working with Natasha can include reaching out to key people or connection to other supports that may benefit your counselling or coaching experience.
