What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative partnership that aims to enhance personal learning and development. It aims to develop a person's potential through using their strengths to achieve goals and solve problems. Rather than a standard course off the shelf - I offer tailored coaching to drill down into your situation and strengths to create a road map for you to follow.
We all have goals and aspirations in life. Sometimes they're big. Sometimes they're small. When we take time to address the small things we can get some powerful results personally, professionally - or both!
You may be striving to start something in life that you've always wanted to do. A new hobby. Learning to drive. Develop a new skill. These can often feel daunting and riddled with uncertainty.
You may be looking to develop your career, increase your performance, or would like a change and just don't know where to take the first step.
What would you like to achieve?
It's my job to work alongside you to create the tangible steps you can take to achieve your goals.
These will be customised to your strengths, situation, and comfort levels.
Let's discuss what you'd like to achieve and begin taking the first steps!

How I can help
Given the depth of my working background and what my clients have achieved, I have a lot to offer. I have worked as an Allied Health Professional, in Human Resource roles, and in Workplace health and disability support.
Over the years, I've helped many people achieve the goals they thought were too daunting or even impossible!
My coaching sessions include the development of practical plans, provision of useful tools, goal setting, reading resources, and regular progress check-ins.
How the sessions will work
1
Getting you into your first appointment
Select any 'Work With Natasha' button and fill out the form with as much or as little detail as you feel comfortable with. You can choose to meet face to face, over the phone or video call. Whichever's your preference. I'll then take a look and get back to you with a time to meet.
2
How our early sessions will run
The initial session is all about getting to know each other, deciding on how to work together and agreeing on some goals.
I will draft a plan following the initial session for review and discussion.
We can then take a look at the first draft together and we'll work closely to refine and develop the objectives of the plan.
3
Working together
Our sessions are guided by a content plan. We can work together to navigate personal performance, career, or personal challenges. Sessions may include:
-
Developing new ways of dealing with your specific challenges
-
Regular reviews on the strategies set out in the plan.
-
Sharing customised resources and tools
-
Development of future goals
The number of sessions and duration of support will vary depending on your needs.
Those who have worked with me in the past:
Kerry was referred by her employer for Coaching and Professional Mentoring. Kerry was new to her work and needed support to develop her general confidence and performance as an Occupational Therapist. My tailored support extended over a 6-month period – with 1-hour sessions every 3-4 weeks.
I provided support by assisting her to establish a good operating rhythm, diary management, meeting targets, managing complex conversations with families, and delivering presentations to her manager and team. The outcomes for Kerry have been positive and applauded by her manager – improved efficiency, established healthy work habits, and consolidated her communication skills.

Peter is a full-time University student and struggles with his social skills. His family suggested he try working with me to improve his ability to communicate, set goals and manage general life stuff! Peter wanted to improve his confidence and understand more about his underlying anxiety.
My support started with working closely to understand Peter’s strengths and challenges. I then put together a tailored plan with clear goals and detailed steps. The focus has been empowering Peter to be the best version of himself. The outcomes for Peter included gaining his driver's license, taking on new hobbies, improved personal relationships, and practical strategies to manage anxiety.

Christine sought support from Me following a recommendation from a friend. Christine worked at a University and was responsible to lead a busy administrative team. New to her Leadership role, she could see the benefit of some tailored support to understand the requirements of her job, recognise her areas of development and be able to reflect and share examples of the challenges she was meeting.
My coaching support gave her strategies to manage complex staff – some who were not performing and others who had disabilities. Christine was able to grow and develop confidence in this role over a 3-4 month coaching period and still reaches out for an annual check-in with Me!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Coaching and Counselling?
Counselling is a therapeutic process that uses an interpersonal relationship between a client and counsellor to provide an understanding of life events and make appropriate changes to cope. Coaching is more focussed on the future and offers a written plan, practical scenario work and guided reading materials. Sometimes I provide a mix of the two!
Could my employer pay for the service?
Absolutely – many workplaces are investing in this support for their staff in preference to standard off the shelf courses! Contact me if you would like her to provide a simple summary to your employer on what she can offer – including benefits and pricing.
What if the support is not right for me!?
Finding the right coach is critical for outcomes to flow! If I don't feel like the right person you do not need to continue with the support.
Am I able to work with you again if I need to?
Absolutely! After we've worked together if you'd ever like to reconnect, just to revisit and sharpen up your skills, tools, and mindset. Or, if you'd like some further support and advice - I'd love to hear from you. This will work as a great boost to continue thriving!
